| Barbecue Sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato paste 3 tablespoons of cooking oil 1 tablespoon of water 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon of Mesquite seasoning 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons of liquid Barbecue smoke 2 teaspoons of Kitchen Bouquet 1 teaspoon of Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper 1 dash of garlic powder Tabasco sauce, to taste salt, to taste
Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least one hour so that all the flavors can meld. Makes 4 servings
