| Blue Cheese Dressing
1/4 cup of blue cheese, crumbled 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of heavy cream 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Crumble blue cheese. In a blender, blend vinegar and mayonnaise. With blender running, slowly add cream. Season with pepper. Fold in blue cheese. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Makes about 1 cup. One serving is 4 tablespoons. Makes 4 servings
