| Cheese Sauce
1 cup of heavy cream 1/2 cup of water 1 pound of cheddar cheese 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of mustard 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Use a double boiler or place into larger pot of boiling water. Add all ingredients, stirring frequently until smooth, about 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 3 cups. Great over vegetables. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to make a sauce for fish.
