| Cheese Sauce Mexicana
1 cup of heavy cream 1/2 cup of salsa 1 pound of cheddar cheese 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder, optional 1 tablespoon of cilantro, finely minced
Use a double boiler . Add all ingredients. Heat while stirring constantly until smooth. Serve warm. Makes about 3 cups. Great with grilled ham, grilled chicken or any vegetable.
