| Creamy Dill Sauce
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tablespoon of green onions, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh dill weed, chopped
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon of lemon extract
Mix all ingredients together well. Chill. Makes a little over 1 cup. One serving is 3 tablespoons. Great with fish, steamed vegetables or as a dip. |
