| Green Chili Sauce
1 pound of pork loin, diced 1 can of tomatillo, chopped 1 can of green chilies, chopped 2 scallions, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed 1/3 cup of cilantro, chopped 3/4 cup of chicken broth 1 tablespoon of lime juice 2 tablespoons of white wine 1/8 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce, to taste
Brown pork in oil or butter. Add all other ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add more broth if it gets too dry. Makes 6 servings |
