| Green Goddess Dressing
1 tablespoon of cider vinegar 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of heavy cream 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup of fresh chives, chopped 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon of fresh tarragon, chopped 1 tablespoon of fresh basil, chopped 1 tablespoon of capers salt and pepper
Beat together vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, and half of cream. Stir in garlic, herbs, capers and remaining cream. Season with salt an pepper, if desired. Makes about 2 cups. |
