| Hollandaise Sauce #2
2/3 cup of mayonnaise 1/3 cup of sour cream 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of paprika a dash of salt a dash of cayenne
Mix all ingredients well. Serve at room temperature or slowly warm. Careful not to get too hot or the mayonnaise will break. Makes about 1 cup. |
