| Lemon Mayo Sauce/Dressing
1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract 2 tablespoons of heavy cream 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard salt to taste
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. Can be used as a salad dressing or as a sauce over fish or steamed vegetables. Makes 4 servings
