| Low Carb Brown Gravy
2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of flour 2 cups of pan drippings or reduced stock 1/2 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet
To make a roux, melt butter in sauce pan ( until it bubbles) and then remove from heat. Add flour and stir well, until no lumps. Add about 1/2 cup of pan drippings or reduced stock. Mix well until there are no lumps. Return to high heat and add remaining pan drippings or stock. Stir well. Add Kitchen Bouquet, stir and bring to a boil until thickened. Serve over meat. Makes 4 servings
