| Pesto Sauce
1 cup of fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon of pine nuts 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic 1/3 cup of olive oil
Combine the above ingredients, except the olive oil , in a food processor and process until minced. with the machine running, slowly add olive oil, up to 1/3 cup, to form a paste. Makes 4 servings
