| Tartar Sauce
1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of fill pickle relish 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon of horseradish 1 teaspoon of lemon juice salt and pepper to taste Tabasco sauce, to taste
Whisk together all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour for better flavor. Great with grilled fish, steamed asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower. Makes 4 servings
