1/2 pint(1 cup) of sour cream one 6 1/2 ounce can of minced clams 1 green onion, minced 1 medium garlic clove, minced 1 tablespoon of chili sauce 1 teaspoon of hoisin sauce shrimp chips Assorted fresh vegetables, snow peas, asparagus, broccoli and celery |

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chips and vegetables. Makes 2 cups
