| Pickled Beets
2 pounds of canned, sliced beets 1/2 teaspoon of caraway seeds 2 cups of white vinegar 1 cup of water 5 packs of Sweet 'N Low
Heat all ingredients together and simmer for 1 minute. Pour in deep bowl. Cover. Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours or longer. Drain. A piece of fresh horseradish will add to the flavor of the beets.
