| Pickled Mushrooms
1 pound of mushrooms 1 onion, sliced or 1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes 1/2 cup of white vinegar 1 cup of water 2 teaspoons of dill seed 1 teaspoon of Kennedy's green onion flavored salt 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 bay leaf
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes. Pack with bay leaf in sterilized jars. Seal.
