| Apple Chutney
2 quarts of apples 2 green peppers 3 onions 3/4 pound of raisins 1 tablespoon of celery seeds 1 cup of honey juice and rind of 2 lemons 1 1/2 cups of cider vinegar 3/4 cup of orange juice
Blend apples, peppers, onions and raisins in blender to chop. Put mix in saucepan and add celery seeds, honey, lemon juice and rind, vinegar, and orange juice. Bring to boil, then simmer until thick. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Makes 6 - 8 pints
