Rose Geranium & Orange Jelly

1 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of lemon juice
3 cups of sugar
red food coloring
1/2 cup of liquid pectin
Rose geranium leaves

Strain the orange and lemon juice through a fine strainer or cheesecloth. Mix it with the sugar in a large saucepan and color it a light rose with red food coloring. Bring it to a boil quickly. Add the pectin, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 1/2 minute. Remove from the heat and skim off the foam. Place a rose geranium leaf in the bottoms of 4 hot sterilized, 6 ounce jelly glasses. Pour the jelly over the leaf. The leaf will wilt, but its flavor will be absorbed by the jelly. while the jelly is still hot, cover it with a thin layer of paraffin. when this is set, pour on another layer of paraffin and tilt the glasses so the paraffin runs up the sides. When the jelly is cold, cover the glasses with lids or paper, label and store in a cool, dry place. About four 6 ounce glasses
