| Sweet Pepper Relish 2
6 red peppers, not the hot variety 6 green peppers 6 small onions, peeled 1 cup of mild vinegar 3/4 cup of sugar
Coarsely chop the peppers and onions in blender or food processor. Remove and transfer to a medium size bowl. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain. Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and boil for 10 minutes. Keeps refrigerated for at least a few weeks.
