| Brandied Fruit Sauce
1 cup of sweetened apple juice 2 tablespoons of honey 1 teaspoon of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of water
one 16 ounce can of sliced peaches in juice, drained 1 1/2 cups of sliced ripe banana, about 2 medium 3/4 teaspoon of brandy flavoring
Combine the apple juice and honey in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, stir in peaches, banana, and brandy flavoring. Gently stir in raspberries. Serve over angel food cake, fat free pound cake, or ice milk. Makes 3 1/2 cups
