Chocolate Sauce
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
6 tablespoons of water
a dash of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
3 tablespoons of butter
Melt chocolate in water over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add sugar and salt. Cook until smooth and slightly thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla. Makes 1 cup
