| Claridge Sauce
1/4 Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tablespoon of horseradish 1/6 teaspoon of salt 1/8 tablespoon of onion juice 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1 1/2 cup of tomato catsup 1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together, Excellent with shrimp cocktail or crabmeat cocktail. YIeld : about 3 cups. May be kept in a closed jar on refrigerator.
