Club Sauce
12 large tomatoes, cut fine 2 large onions, cut fine 1 cup of celery, curt fine 1 cup of cider vinegar 2 1/2 cup of sugar 2 level teaspoons of salt 3 large green peppers cut fine
Cook all ingredients until onions and celery are almost done. Thicken with 3 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch. Add cayenne pepper to taste (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) Can while hot. Yield: approximately 5 1/2 pints. Great with hot dogs and hamburgers
