Cocktail Sauce
1 tablespoon of tarragon vinegar 1 teaspoon of grated fresh horseradish 1 cup of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of ketchup 2 tablespoons of chili sauce 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne
Mix all together. Chill in refrigerator in covered glass bowl. Beat again before serving. Spoon over chilled shrimp or crab meat in iced cocktail glasses. Makes a little over 1 1/4 cups of sauce.
