Cucumber Sauce 2

1/4 cup of mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 cup of chopped cucumber
1/4 teaspoon of salt
grind of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of poppy seed

Combine all ingredients and chill. Makes about 3/4 cup. Serve on hot or cold seafood or salads.
