Diabetic Blackberry Sauce
1 package (453 g) 1 pound of frozen, unsweetened blackberries, thawed 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of all natural orange marmalade 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of fresh lemon juice 2 envelopes of aspartame sweetener
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process or blend into a puree. Strain sauce through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 4 servings
