Diabetic Cranberry Sauce
1 package (340 g) of fresh cranberries, cleaned 1/2 cup (125 ml) of granulated fructose 1/2 cup (125 ml) of orange juice concentrate, undiluted
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and boil gently until all cranberries have "popped." Serve warm of chilled. 6 servings with Granulated Fructose Each serving contains: Calories: 64 Carbohydrates: 16 G Exchange: 1 Fruit
