Diabetic Strawberry Sauce
1 quart (1 l) of fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries, thawed 3 envelopes of aspartame sweetener 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of orange juice 1 fresh (5 ml) lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process or blend into a puree. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 4 servings
