| Fluffy Mustard Sauce
2 beaten egg yolks 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of prepared mustard 2 tablespoons of vinegar 1 tablespoon of water 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 1 tablespoon of horseradish 1/2 cup of heavy cream, whipped
To egg yolks add sugar, mustard, vinegar, water and salt, mix well. Cook over hot, not boiling water, stirring constantly until thick, about 4 or 5 minutes. Blend in butter and horseradish. Cool thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Serve in bowl to pass with baked ham
