Guacamole Sauce

2 medium tomatoes, peeled
2 ripe avocados, about 1 1/2 pound
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped canned milk or hot green chilies
3 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of salt

Ina medium bowl, crush tomatoes with potato masher, or use food processor. Halve avocados, lengthwise, remove pits and peel. Slice avocados into crushed tomatoes, then mash or process until well blended. Add onion, chilies, vinegar and salt, mix well. Makes about 3 cups.

Any leftover sauce may be used as a dip with tortilla chips
