1/2 cup of prepared horseradish 1/2 cup of commercial sour cream 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of vinegar 2 teaspoons of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper |

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve with roast beef. Yield: 1 cup
