| Horseradish Sauce
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of whipping cream, whipped |

Soften cream cheese, blend in sugar, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire. Fold in whipped cream. Pass with ham, corned beef and cold cuts. Makes 2 cups
