Lemon Butter
Lemon butter is delicious with most fish.
4 tablespoons of butter (1/2 stick), room temperature 2 teaspoons of minced fresh parsley 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest
Cream butter until soft. Add minced parsley, lemon juice and zest. Continue beating until butter is fluffy. Can be stored. 4 servings.
