| Pimiento Sauce
1/2 cup of mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon of catsup
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped pimiento
Combine all ingredients and chill thoroughly. Serve with fish. Makes 3/4 cup of sauce.
