Quick Fresh Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 Handful basil leaves;
1 pound of tomatoes, coarsely chopped
Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add basil and cook for another minute. Serve.
