Sauce for Cold Fish

6 ounces of cooked down* tomato juice
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon of Sweet N Low
6 ounces of buttermilk
1 teaspoon of dried onion flakes

Mix the tomato juice with vinegar, pumpkin pie spice and sweetener. This should taste like chili sauce. Add the buttermilk and onion flakes to the mixture and chill well. Serve over cold leftover fish or shellfish.

*All you do is simmer the juice in an uncovered pan until it is reduced by half.
