Sauce for Leftovers #1

4 ounces of buttermilk
1/4 cucumber, diced fine
1 teaspoon of dried onion flakes or freeze dried chives
McCormick's Season All powder, to taste
Several sprinkles of dill weed
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of drained capers
2 tablespoons of diced celery, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweetener, to taste
Garlic powder, optional

Mix all ingredients together and allow to refrigerate for at least 10 to 20 minutes for the flavors to blend. Use this with cold, leftover fish which has been broken into chunks or flaked or use it with chicken or turkey. This will stay in the refrigerator for several days.
