Sauce for Leftovers #2

2 ounces of buttermilk
1 teaspoon of dried onion flakes, optional
1/2 teaspoon of milk prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons of drained capers
1 teaspoon of Green Pickle Relish
salt and pepper to taste
a dash of sweetener

Mix all ingredients together and allow to stand for a few minutes. Add to tuna, salmon, cold fish or hard boiled eggs.
