Seafood Cocktail Sauce

2 cups of tomato juice, cooked down
2 tablespoons of white horseradish
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 envelopes of Sweet N Low

Simmer a 46 ounce can of tomato juice, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours to yield 2 or 2 1/2 cups, will be thick. Cool. Then add other ingredients mentioned and refrigerate. This will stay for weeks in the refrigerator. This is luscious with shellfish or cold ,leftover fish. It's also very good for dipping artichoke leaves.
