Vodka Tomato Sauce

1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of finely chopped celery
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup of Olive oil
1/2 cup of prosciutto, finely chopped
3/4 cup of Vodka
28 ounces of crushed tomatoes with juice
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of basil
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of Half and half

Sauté onion, celery, and garlic in olive oil. Add prosciutto, vodka, tomatoes, parsley, basil, and oregano and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add half and half and warm, but do not boil.
