| Spicy Mango Salsa
2 mangoes, peeled and chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped 1/3 cup of chopped green onions 1/3 cup of jalapeno peppers 3 tablespoons of corn cob jelly 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro
In a medium bow, mix mangoes, tomato, green onions and peppers. Stir in jelly and cilantro. Let flavors blend about 1 hour before serving. Makes about 3 cups
