Salmon Spread
one 14.75 ounce can of salmon, drained and boned one 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of grated onion 1 teaspoon of white horseradish 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight. Spread on cocktail ryes or crackers. |
