one 8 ounce can of pitted black olives, drained one 7 ounce can of albacore tuna, packed in oil, drained 1/4 cup of capers, rinsed and drained 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon of dark rum or more to taste 1 large garlic clove 1/2 cup of olive oil freshly ground pepper Crudités |

Combine the first 6 ingredients in processor or blender and mix until smooth. Slowly add olive oil, blending thoroughly. Season to taste with pepper. Serve with crudités. 4 - 6 servings
