| Low Fat Low Cholesterol Doughnut Muffins
1/3 cup of canola oil 1/2 cup of skim milk 1/2 container of egg beaters 1 1/2 cup of flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Add milk, oil and egg beaters. In a separate bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to mixture. Stir well. Spray muffin tin with "Pam". Turn into 12 sprayed muffin tin. Sprinkle each muffin with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400ºF. for about 20 minutes. |
