Christmas Carol Punch

Christmas Carol Punch

2 quarts of eggnog
1 quart of ginger ale
1 quart of peppermint ice cream
1/2 pint of  heavy cream, whipped
3 peppermint candy sticks

Mix eggnog and ginger ale. Add spoon size chunks of peppermint ice cream, float whipped cream on top. Crush peppermint candy sticks and sprinkle on top of cream.  Yields: 30 servings.
