| Homemade Eggnog
4 eggs 4 cups of milk 4 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 cup of cream 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1/3 cup of sugar
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and lemon juice; add ice cold milk and cream. Beat with mixer until frothy. Serves 6.
