| Eggnog 1
3 eggs 1/4 cup of sugar (or fructose using 1/3 less) 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla 3 cups of milk, chilled Dash of nutmeg |

Beat eggs well, until light and fluffy. Gradually stir in sugar (or fructose) and salt. Then slowly beat in vanilla. Stir in milk that has been well chilled. Sprinkle each glass of eggnog with nutmeg, if desired. Wonderful for holidays.
