| Holiday Eggnog 5
12 eggs, separated 1 box confectioners' sugar 1/2 pt. whipped cream 3 qt. milk
Beat egg yolks; add sugar and cream gradually. Add milk. Beat until thick. Whip egg whites, fold in eggnog mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Yield: 1 gallon.

Holiday Eggnog 6
In large mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs until light and lemon colored. Add: 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Add 4 cups half and half or whipping cream, stir well. Add slowly 2 to 3 bottles 7-Up and stir. Add 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls.
Holiday Eggnog 7
1/4 cup of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves 6 eggs, well beaten 2 quarts of orange juice (cold) 1/2 cup of lemon juice (cold) 1 quart of vanilla ice cream 1 quart of ginger ale (cold)
Beat sugar and spices into eggs. Stir in the orange juice and lemon juice. Cut ice cream into chunks and place in punch bowl. Pour ginger ale over ice cream slowly; add egg mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Serves 20.
