| Beer Sauce for Baked Fish
1 cup of medium white sauce 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of mustard 1 cup of beer 1 tablespoon of capers
Combine white sauce, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and mustard. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Add beer slowly while stirring; add capers. Serve hot with baked fish fillets |
