| Bluefish with Ginger
1 pound of bluefish 1 - 2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger 1 garlic clove, minced freshly ground pepper 2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise |

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lay fish in lightly oiled baking pan. Rub ginger, garlic, pepper and dlemon peel into flesh of fish. Cover with mayo. Bake fish in oven for about 20 minutes or until done. Serves 4
