Broiled Swordfish

juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon of fresh mint or 1/2 teaspoon of dried mint, chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 teaspoons of oregano
pepper to taste
2 pounds of swordfish, frozen or fresh

Blend well lemon juice, mint, oil, oregano and pepper. Brush fish with approximately 1/3 of the mixture. Place on preheated broiler rack about 4 inches below flame. Broil 5 minutes or until slightly brown, turn, brush again with mixture. Broil about 7 minutes or until done. Brush again with mixture before serving. Serve hot. 6 servings.
